More people are waiting now than in the past few decades.  54% of teens are still virgins.  That means more people are waiting then aren't.   Education is key.  The more people that educate themselves and know the facts, the more that are becoming increasingly aware that sex isn't worth it!  This means abstinence isn't just for the geeks.  Abstinence is for the smart, the goal oriented, the successful!  This includes people from all ethnic, religious, family and income backgrounds, as well as people from different athletic, academic, arts and peer groups.  When you choose to wait you are setting a higher standard for yourself.  So when you meet someone who is also waiting you know they also have the same regard for themselves.  Waiting means you accept yourself, love yourself and care about the people who care about you.  Waiting is the new cool! 

 

People are taking time to think about their future.  The decisions you make now will affect you for your lifetime.  Teens that wait get higher educations than those who don't, make more money over their lifetime, and only have a 10% divorce rate.  Think about your future- what do you want?
